🔄 Trade-In Dashboard Flow Improvements

We’ve simplified the Trade-In Dashboard flow to make in-store trade-ins faster and more efficient by allowing staff to check pricing before entering customer details.

What’s included:

  • New step order: Item → Customer → Payout

  • Users can view pricing immediately after selecting an item

  • Payout is now optional during offer creation

  • Offers are only finalized after the Item and Customer information are completed

  • IMEI/SN and Internal Notes moved into a collapsible section hidden by default

  • Improved flow consistency for faster in-store processing

This update helps reduce friction during offer intake and speeds up in-store workflows.

🔐 Batch Quote Pricing Permission Controls

We’ve added new permission controls for Batch Quote pricing actions to help businesses manage pricing authority and prevent unauthorized adjustments.

What’s included:

  • New permission settings under:
    Permissions → Main Menu → Offer Management → Batch Quote

  • Control which users or roles can edit the quoted price slider

  • Set the maximum allowed slider percentage per role

  • Restrict manual price editing during Batch Quote creation

  • Disabled or locked slider states for restricted users

  • Backend validation to prevent unauthorized pricing submissions

  • Users without pricing permission can still create custom items but cannot set prices

  • Real-time validation and helper messaging when limits are reached

⚡ Pricing Import & Export Infrastructure Improvements

We’ve rebuilt the pricing import and export pipeline using our Go service infrastructure to improve performance, stability, and reliability for large pricing datasets.

What’s included:

  • Peak export memory reduced from ~12 GB to under 100 MB

  • Faster CSV and ZIP generation using streaming processing

  • Improved import reliability with transactional delete + insert logic

  • Automatic rollback protection to prevent $0 pricing corruption

  • Product-based condition group resolution replacing sheet-name dependency

  • Fixed import mapping issues for special cases like Coros imports

  • Improved worker handling with retries, timeout management, and failure tracking

  • Hardcoded workbook password removed from exports

We’ve expanded the lock-handling flow to support both account locks and screen locks, helping teams continue inspections without delays and reduce back-and-forth with customers.

What’s included:

  • Universal Item Lock Hold status

  • Item-level lock classification (Account lock / Screen lock)

  • Screen lock types support (PIN, Passcode, Pattern)

  • Customer Portal actions per item (confirm unlock or submit unlock info)

  • Locked Items tab with Lock Type and Unblock Status Item

  • Ability to view submitted unlock data and mark items as verified

  • Encrypted storage for unlocking data with auto-deletion after verification or 72 hours

This update helps reduce inspection blockers and speeds up the overall processing flow.

🗺️ Store Locator – View on Map Enhancement (Widget – In-Store Selection)

We’ve improved the store locator in the widget so that, when customers choose the In-Store option, locations are shown only after a clear location context is provided.

What’s included:

  • “View on map” is hidden until a location is provided

  • Search map button removed, so results auto-trigger once location is provided

  • Location input via “Use current location” or manual search

  • Nearest store calculation after the location is set

  • Pagination when more than 10 locations are available

  • Fallback search using the backend when Google Autocomplete is unavailable

This ensures a more accurate and intuitive store selection experience during the In-Store flow.

💰 Coupon Code Improvements

We’ve improved how coupon codes are validated and applied to ensure clear feedback and consistent pricing across offers.

What’s included:

  • Validation of coupon codes during offer creation

  • Clear error response for invalid coupon codes

  • Correct discount application for valid coupon codes

  • Coupon type and value stored at the time of offer creation

  • Recalculations always use stored coupon logic

  • Updates to coupon configuration only apply to new offers

  • Frontend-ready error messaging for invalid inputs

  • Terminology update from “Promo” to “Coupons.”

This helps prevent confusion and ensures pricing remains stable and predictable.

📎 Easy Offer Attachment Sortcode

You can now include customer-submitted files directly in New Offer email notifications.

What’s included:

  • Sortcode {:offer-file} available in Edit Notification

  • The attached file rendered in the email when provided

  • Email continues to send normally when no file is attached

  • Support for files from the Easy Offer submission payload

This helps provide more complete information directly in email notifications.

We’ve applied surface-level rebranding updates across the dashboard to better align with the new Reusely brand identity without introducing major structural changes.

What’s included:

  • Updated primary and secondary brand colors

  • Improved neutral palette and semantic colors (info, success, warning, danger)

  • Typography refinements for better consistency

  • New favicon applied across the platform

  • Introduction of design tokens for scalable styling
