We've updated the Conditional Questions setup to make the Required and Multiple Answers settings clearer and more relevant based on the number of available answers.

• Required and Multiple Answers are only displayed when a question has at least two answers

• Both settings are automatically hidden when fewer than two answers are available

• Hidden settings are automatically reset to disabled

• Adding another answer makes the settings available again

• Newly available settings start in their default disabled state

Invoice items sourced from Inventory now have separate Defects and Reports fields, making it easier to distinguish between them.

📧 Email Template Preview Styles

Fixed an issue where previewing an HTML email template with custom styles could unintentionally affect the surrounding application.

Email template styles are now isolated within the preview, so reviewing a template no longer changes navigation, buttons, typography, or the surrounding application layout.

🌍 EU Pricing Sync Service Stability

Fixed an issue where failed company database connections could repeatedly crash the EU pricing synchronization service and delay pricing updates.

Connection failures are now handled with error logging and controlled retries, allowing the service to continue running instead of entering a restart loop.

⛳ Golf Item Images in the Customer Portal

Fixed an issue where Golf item images appeared correctly in the Widget but showed "No Image" in the Customer Portal after an offer was submitted.

Customers can now see the correct image for the Golf item when reviewing their submitted offers.

🔗 Custom Purchasing Method Offer API

Fixed an issue where creating a Custom Purchasing Method offer through the Public API using the /offer/ route returned a 404 Route not found error.

What's fixed:

• /offer/custom-method/{custom-method-id} Now supports offer creation

• Both routes use consistent validation and response handling

📊 Data Category Updates

Fixed an issue where changes to data categories were not being applied to existing company accounts.

Category updates now propagate to associated accounts, keeping category information consistent across the platform.

💳 Legacy Pricing Eligibility and Trial Plan Mapping

Fixed pricing eligibility so legacy pricing is determined by the account's current subscription rather than its registration history.

What's fixed:

• Active legacy subscribers retain their legacy pricing

• Legacy pricing remains during payment retries while the subscription is still active

• New accounts receive the new pricing

• Active and expired trials receive the new pricing

• Previously canceled subscribers receive the new pricing

• Sales signup trials are now correctly mapped to Scale

• Sales trials retain the Trial subscription status while using the correct Scale plan information for internal integrations

⚙️ Instructional Message Toggle

Fixed an issue where the Instructional Message toggle under Offer Settings could automatically switch to Enabled when the page was first loaded.

The toggle now correctly respects the saved database state and defaults to Disabled when no configuration has been set.

📦 Accepted Manual Quote Shipping

Fixed an issue where accepted Manual Quote offers could remain stuck at Seller Accepted without creating a shipping label or moving into Active Leads.

What's fixed:

• Accepted Manual Quote offers can now continue through the expected workflow

• Shipping labels are generated correctly

• Offers can reach Active Leads

• Removed the incorrect "Failed to generate shipping label" error from the Widget confirmation screen
