✨ Features Update

🎨 Rebranding: Dashboard Visual Alignment (Phase 1)

We’ve applied surface-level rebranding updates across the dashboard to better align with the new Reusely brand identity without introducing major structural changes.

What’s included:

  • Updated primary and secondary brand colors

  • Improved neutral palette and semantic colors (info, success, warning, danger)

  • Typography refinements for better consistency

  • New favicon applied across the platform

  • Introduction of design tokens for scalable styling

  • Visual updates applied to core UI elements (buttons, inputs, tabs, labels, etc.)

⚠️ This is not a full redesign and does not include a new design system rollout.

👉 This is a foundational step toward a future Design System v2.


🧾 Customer Portal: Seller Accepted Message Templates

You can now fully customize the confirmation message shown to customers after they accept an offer.

What’s new:

  • Added Mail-In Accepted Offer template

  • Added In-Store Accepted Offer template

  • Fully editable message content

  • Support for dynamic token shortcodes, including:

    • {:company-phone}

    • {:location-phone}

    • {:company-email}

    • {:location-email}

    • {:customer-address}

These templates help you provide clearer instructions and a more branded post-acceptance experience.

📥 Exports: Faster & More Reliable Downloads

We’ve improved the export experience by removing email delivery and replacing it with direct downloads.

What’s improved:

  • Exports now download directly from the app

  • Real-time status tracking (queued, processing, ready, failed)

  • Progress indicator for better visibility

  • Clear messaging on navigation and interruptions

  • Retry option for failed exports

This ensures faster access and reduces the risk of missed or delayed export files.


🧩 Custom Workflows: Create Columns in Custom Status

You can now create custom columns directly while working within a custom status.

What’s improved:

  • No need to leave the workflow to add columns

  • Works across all buyback types (Mail-In, In-Store, EasySell, Batch Quote)

  • Immediate availability after creation

  • Built-in validation to prevent invalid or duplicate columns

This removes friction and improves workflow configurability.

🌍 Customer Portal: Language Selection

Customers can now choose their preferred language directly in the Customer Portal.

What’s new:

  • The language selection dropdown is available after login

  • Consistent experience with other localized areas

  • Improved accessibility for global users

We’ve expanded the catalog with the latest devices and accessories.

Examples include:

Also, we’ve made naming corrections and standardizations for better consistency.

Examples include:

  • Lens naming simplification (Laowa FF II series)

  • Flash model standardization (Godox V480 series per mount type)
