You can now resend a shipping label directly from the kebab menu on the Offer Details page. These features were designed to confirm the shipping label without the hassle of manual entry. Customize the email content in Notifications Settings > General > Resend Shipping Label.

🏷️ Clearer “Cancelled” Status for Easy Offer

Easy Offer now includes a Cancelled sub-status alongside Active Offer, so the cancelled offers stay visible instead of disappearing from your view. Easier to separate active, archived, and cancelled offers for smoother management and more accurate reporting.

🌍 New: Localization Options

Serve global customers without logging into multiple Reusely accounts. You can now manage multiple languages in a single account for widgets, emails, notifications, receipts, and portal customers. Customers can choose their preferred language for all communications, consistent with their chosen language.

We’ve rolled out a more structured Roles & Permissions system to provide greater clarity and control. Every account now has a dedicated Owner, while Admin, User, and Custom roles include system-defined permissions for a more consistent and reliable team setup. Only the Owner and Admin can update permissions, ensuring changes stay secure. Ownership can also be transferred directly by the Owner with just a few clicks, keeping control firmly in the right hands. Manage everything easily from your Users Settings page.

To protect your business identity and simplify global use, we’ve added a dedicated Shipping Name field for shipping labels. We also updated terminology to be more universal:

• Legal Business Name → Registered Business Name
