Mail In, Easy Offer, and Batch Quote now have their own payout method settings and user permissions.

Previously, Easy Offer and Batch Quote shared the Mail In configuration, which limited the ability to customize payout methods and permissions for each workflow independently.

  • Separate payout method settings for Mail In, Easy Offer, and Batch Quote

  • Independent user permissions for each workflow

  • Admins can enable different payout methods per workflow

  • Changes to one workflow no longer affect the others

🌍 Localization Progress Improvements

We've improved the Localization page to make translation progress easier to understand at a glance.

What's included:

  • Translation progress badges are displayed for each locale and translation group

  • Progress is shown in formats such as "9 of 23 translated"

  • "Done" has been renamed to "Translated"

  • "Open in Overlay" has been renamed to "Edit Translation"

  • "View on settings" now displays the actual source area

🔐 Improved Session Management

Users are no longer automatically signed out after a fixed 8-hour session.

The system now tracks actual inactivity, allowing users who are actively working to remain logged in for longer.

  • No more fixed 8-hour forced sign-outs

  • Session activity is now based on actual inactivity

  • Active users can continue working without unnecessary interruptions

  • Sign out only occurs after a period of inactivity

🛠️ Improved Purchasing Method Management

We've fixed an issue where custom purchasing methods could remain visible after their associated location was deleted or converted.

What's included:

  • The purchasing method status now correctly reflects its linked location

  • Purchasing methods no longer remain active after their location is deleted

  • Purchasing methods are correctly updated when a location is converted

❓ Clearer Conditional Questions Setup

We've improved the wording in the Conditional Questions setup section to make price adjustments easier to understand.

The previous text "Choose an effect on the base price for each option" has been updated to:

"Set the price adjustment for each answer"

This provides clearer guidance when configuring price adjustments for individual answers.

The Widget Order Leads API now uses each account's configured quantity limit instead of a fixed maximum of 99.

  • Quantity limits are now based on each account's configuration

  • Invalid requests are rejected with a clear error message

🎨 Rebranding: Dashboard Visual Alignment (Phase 1)

We’ve applied surface-level rebranding updates across the dashboard to better align with the new Reusely brand identity without introducing major structural changes.

What’s included:

  • Updated primary and secondary brand colors

  • Improved neutral palette and semantic colors (info, success, warning, danger)

  • Typography refinements for better consistency

  • New favicon applied across the platform

  • Introduction of design tokens for scalable styling

  • Visual updates applied to core UI elements (buttons, inputs, tabs, labels, etc.)

You can now fully customize the confirmation message shown to customers after they accept an offer.

We’ve improved the export experience by removing email delivery and replacing it with direct downloads.

What’s improved:

  • Exports now download directly from the app

  • Real-time status tracking (queued, processing, ready, failed)

  • Progress indicator for better visibility

  • Clear messaging on navigation and interruptions

  • Retry option for failed exports

This ensures faster access and reduces the risk of missed or delayed export files.


🧩 Custom Workflows: Create Columns in Custom Status

You can now create custom columns directly while working within a custom status.

What’s improved:

  • No need to leave the workflow to add columns

  • Works across all buyback types (Mail-In, In-Store, EasySell, Batch Quote)

  • Immediate availability after creation

  • Built-in validation to prevent invalid or duplicate columns
