✨ Features Update

🔄 Trade-In Dashboard Flow Improvements

We’ve simplified the Trade-In Dashboard flow to make in-store trade-ins faster and more efficient by allowing staff to check pricing before entering customer details.

What’s included:

  • New step order: Item → Customer → Payout

  • Users can view pricing immediately after selecting an item

  • Payout is now optional during offer creation

  • Offers are only finalized after the Item and Customer information are completed

  • IMEI/SN and Internal Notes moved into a collapsible section hidden by default

  • Improved flow consistency for faster in-store processing

This update helps reduce friction during offer intake and speeds up in-store workflows.

📦 Batch Quote Workflow Improvements

We’ve improved the Batch Quote experience to make quote creation more reliable, flexible, and easier to manage for both partners and customers.

What’s included:

  • Improved item search reliability aligned with Widget and Trade-In flows

  • Support for Half Custom and Fully Custom item creation

  • Collapsible item group tables for better usability

  • Sticky page header with always-visible Continue button

  • Better Memo labeling and cleaner Batch Quote PDF formattingThe

  • Reset Sign Contract button has been improved in the Customer Portal

  • Duplicate {:offer-detail-link} shortcode removed from templates

  • Terminology updates:

    • Bulk Quote → Batch Quote

    • Agent → Representative

  • New Batch Quote Confirmation notification

    • Triggered immediately when a Batch Quote is created

    • Default state: OFF

This update improves usability, consistency, and operational reliability across the Batch Quote workflow.

🔐 Batch Quote Pricing Permission Controls

We’ve added new permission controls for Batch Quote pricing actions to help businesses manage pricing authority and prevent unauthorized adjustments.

What’s included:

  • New permission settings under:
    Permissions → Main Menu → Offer Management → Batch Quote

  • Control which users or roles can edit the quoted price slider

  • Set the maximum allowed slider percentage per role

  • Restrict manual price editing during Batch Quote creation

  • Disabled or locked slider states for restricted users

  • Backend validation to prevent unauthorized pricing submissions

  • Users without pricing permission can still create custom items but cannot set prices

  • Real-time validation and helper messaging when limits are reached

This update helps businesses maintain pricing consistency and better control discounting workflows.

⚡ Pricing Import & Export Infrastructure Improvements

We’ve rebuilt the pricing import and export pipeline using our Go service infrastructure to improve performance, stability, and reliability for large pricing datasets.

What’s included:

  • Peak export memory reduced from ~12 GB to under 100 MB

  • Faster CSV and ZIP generation using streaming processing

  • Improved import reliability with transactional delete + insert logic

  • Automatic rollback protection to prevent $0 pricing corruption

  • Product-based condition group resolution replacing sheet-name dependency

  • Fixed import mapping issues for special cases like Coros imports

  • Improved worker handling with retries, timeout management, and failure tracking

  • Hardcoded workbook password removed from exports

  • Real-time export/import progress broadcasting improvements

This update significantly improves the stability and scalability of pricing data for large catalogs.

We’ve also improved the ASUS ROG Zephyrus G14 GA402 catalog data by adding more detailed processor, GPU, RAM, and storage configurations.

  • AMD Ryzen 7 7735HS models

  • AMD Ryzen 9 6900HS models

  • AMD Ryzen 9 7940HS models

Additionally:
