🔢 Customer Portal IMEI/SN Visibility

We've improved product visibility in the Customer Portal by displaying IMEI/SN information directly within each item card.

What's included:

  • IMEI/SN displayed directly under each product across all purchasing methods

  • No need to open the More menu to view device identifiers

  • Products without IMEI/SN data do not display empty fields

  • Optimized layouts for both desktop and mobile experiences

❌ Manual Quote Decline Flow

We've streamlined the Manual Quote workflow by allowing businesses to reject unsuitable items directly from the Offer Details page.

What's included:

  • Yellow information banner for pending Manual Quotes

  • Ability to manually decline Manual Quotes directly from the Offer Details page

  • Dedicated email templates for Mail-In Manual Quote Rejection and In-Store Manual Quote Rejection

  • Automatic email triggering based on quote type

🖼️ Data Feed Product Image URLs

We've enhanced the Data Feed by adding product image support.

What's included:

  • Product image URL fields in the Data Feed API response

  • Matching image fields in the Data Feed add-ons table

  • Safe handling for products without images by returning empty values

We've redesigned receipts to provide a cleaner and more professional customer experience.

⚙️ Conditional Question Guardrails & Visibility Controls

We've added more flexibility and protection to conditional question configuration.

What's included:

  • Minimum pricing guardrails at the condition level

  • Question visibility settings for public widgets and In-App Trade-In

  • Dashboard badges for guardrail and visibility status

  • Global failsafe to prevent zero or negative offer values

  • Freeze rules to prevent guardrail updates from affecting existing offers unless recalculated
