📦 Resend Shipping Labels Instantly

You can now resend a shipping label directly from the kebab menu on the Offer Details page. These features were designed to confirm the shipping label without the hassle of manual entry. Customize the email content in Notifications Settings > General > Resend Shipping Label.

🏷️ Clearer “Cancelled” Status for Easy Offer

Easy Offer now includes a Cancelled sub-status alongside Active Offer, so the cancelled offers stay visible instead of disappearing from your view. Easier to separate active, archived, and cancelled offers for smoother management and more accurate reporting.

🌍 New: Localization Options

Serve global customers without logging into multiple Reusely accounts. You can now manage multiple languages in a single account for widgets, emails, notifications, receipts, and portal customers. Customers can choose their preferred language for all communications, consistent with their chosen language.

We’ve updated Reusely's authentication to keep your keys safer and your setup simpler. The widget now uses only x-tenant-id, the Public API uses only x-api-key, and the Admin API uses only x-secret-key.
