This makes the process faster, clearer, and more secure for both sides. Once confirmed, the order automatically updates to “Being Inspected”, notifies your team, and moves smoothly into evaluation.

We’ve made returns easier for you! Return labels can now be generated automatically directly from your Offer page. Instead of a Print Shipping Label, your customer will see a clear message confirming their item is on the way. You can personalize this message in your Customer Portal Settings.
