Some Notes for Users on a Mac: You MUST configure the web service on port 41951 (41952 will NOT work)

In MacOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Local Network > DYMO.DLS.Printing.Host must be enabled or it will fail.

I contacted Dymo Support over the Phone, and we noticed that Reusely doesn’t prompt/ask to allow DYMO.DLS.Printing.Host automatically causing the printers to not be detected.

The workaround Dymo used was to go to a 3rd party software: https://www.cellartracker.com/dymo.asp - when navigating to that site, it instantly prompted to allow the local network, then the Reusely printing worked.
