You now have the flexibility to decide when items transfer to RepairDesk. A new dropdown has been added in Add-ons → RepairDesk, allowing you to choose whether items should be moved when the offer status is set to 'Complete' or the 'Payout Processing' stage. To maintain consistency, the default option remains ‘Complete’.
