Why isn’t my email showing as Verified?

I added my email and tried to verify it, but the green “Verified” tag never shows up. At first I thought something was broken, because there’s no error or explanation. On top of that, my emails don’t seem to be sending either.

After asking support, I found out that free email domains like Gmail or Yahoo apparently can’t be verified. But the product never says this anywhere — it just looks like it failed.

Can you please fix this so it’s clear in the product? If free emails can’t be verified, just tell us up front and show what we’re supposed to do instead. And when a business email is verified, make sure the green tag actually shows everywhere it should.
