Customer Notes are great, they allow you to easily send an update when needed, and internal notes makes it easy to communicate within our internal teams.
Small enhancement, any notes from any BuyBack orders, to show up in the customer’s profile

If Internal Notes and Customer Notes were shown in a customers profile as a whole, we could see data as a whole.
For example if order TBP123456 contained a Internal Note, inside the customers profile, we could have a mini “Notes” section, where all notes would be posted with a “Related to order TBP123456” subject.

This would give us the ability to triage support inquiries, when providing overall support as a whole and not on an order specific basis.
