As a user, it’s way too clunky to compare offers across different locations right now. If I want to see other offers, I have to change the location first, wait for it to load, go back to the offers list, pick Mail-in or In-store, and repeat that whole cycle again for every location.
It’s slow, creates extra clicks, and makes it easy to miss things.
This gets even harder for me as enterprise/white-label setups, where the structure is by parent account rather than individual locations. I often need a holistic view across everything I have access to—not to constantly hop between locations or accounts.
A smoother flow would be to let me merge views so I can scan all relevant offers in one place, then drill down when needed.
Example:
I’m logged in under Account A. I want to see all active offers across every Account A location, Mail-in and In-store together, in a single list. If I also have access to account B, I want a quick dropdown to switch the dataset I’m viewing to Account B offers—without changing my current account/session. From that combined view, I should be able to open any offer details directly.
What I’m asking for:
Add an “All locations” and other location option in the Offers filters that merges results from every location I can access.
Combine Mail-in and In-store into one unified list (no status tabs), with simple chips/labels so I can still tell which is which.
Provide an Account/Database dropdown to quickly view offers from other accounts I have access to—without switching accounts.
Allow opening offer details from these merged views without requiring an account/location change.
The goal: fewer clicks, less loading, and a seamless way to see everything I’m entitled to see in one place.
