Task List Style for Dashboard Actions

I’d like to suggest updating the dashboard action layout from a 2x2 grid to a "Task List" style.

A list format could be more visually appealing and easier for users to follow. Additionally, using lighter, checklist-style buttons instead of large black buttons may help make the interface feel more approachable and less intimidating. Example:
