Streamlining Payouts: Moving Tremendous to a "Silent Partner" Workflow

Right now, our payout process feels like a handoff between two different companies rather than a single, cohesive experience. When a user’s offer hits "Completed," they get a notification from us, but then they have to wait for a second, separate email from Tremendous to actually get their money. This "double-ping" creates a fragmented brand identity and forces the user to manage two different threads just to finish one transaction.

We want to shift Tremendous into the background as a silent engine. Instead of the current split path, the system should trigger the API call to Tremendous the moment an offer is finalized, grab the unique redemption link immediately, and suppress the external Tremendous notification. We then fold that link directly into our own branded "Order Completed" email.

By consolidating these touchpoints, we cut notification noise in half and keep our brand front and center. It transforms the payout from a "technical process" into a "rewarding moment," ensuring the user feels a direct, trusted connection with our platform from the start of the trade-in to the final cent received.
