Send non widget trade in events to GHL

I was very excited to know that you guys offer a GHL integration that sends updates along the customer journey. THE POSSIBILITIES ARE ENDLESS WITH THAT! so many triggers, auto workflows, OFFLINE CONVERSION TRACKING, etc. but unfortunatly it only sends events when the trade in is initiated in the widget. the problem here is we have a ton of customers and 99% of them call in or message us for a quote and we close them that way. BUT we still want to put them into this CENTRALIZED system that we have invested so much time into ! and its perfect for a buyback business!! we can meet the customer in office, choose trade in, complete the trade in, and have GHL see the information as well. Please implement this asap. and send all the data over possible.
