Revised Offer - Approved - Show on Dashboard

Consider adding the Revised Offer - Approved list to the Dashboard for easy tracking of orders waiting to be moved to “payout processing” or consider automatically moving them from “revised offer approved” to “payout processing”

It would be also very helpful to have a “alert” in the Reusely Notifications for orders that have accepted a “revised offer” in the top right corner “bell”
