Hi Reusely

Right now the QR code size is a big problem for us. It’s too large to scan.

We have tried putting the label in different places:

• On the head, it looks bad and we cant take pictures of label on the head. When the products is bought we label it straight away.

• On the grip, it rips off and damages the grip

• On the shaft, it can’t be scanned

We used to rely on barcodes, but we just switched to a QR-only system. That means this issue is now blocking us.

Can you look into making the QR code size adjustable?
