Organization Profiles

Add a new feature that allows multiple customer profiles to be grouped under a single business profile

Current Situation:

Each customer profile in Reusely can include a “company name,” but there’s no way to connect multiple customers who belong to the same company. For example, Mary and Joe might both work for “XYZ, Inc.,” but their activities show up separately under their own user profile.

Requested Enhancement:

• Introduce Business Profiles that represent companies or organizations.

• Allow multiple customers to be linked to one Business Profile manually by our staff.

• Keep it optional, some customers will remain individuals without a business link.

Example Use Case:

• Mary (mary@xyz.com) and Joe (joe@xyz.com) are both customers under XYZ, Inc.

• When viewing XYZ, Inc., I should see all submissions and devices from both Mary and Joe together.

• When Mary logs into the customer portal, she should be able to see Joe’s trade-in devices as well as vise-versa.

  
  Again, If a customer doesn’t belong to a business (e.g., a residential user), they remain as a standalone profile. This feature should only be able to be linked by our internal staff.
