Order Sub-Statuses

Once an item has been placed in “Currently Being Inspected” we should have the ability to create a “Internal” non-customer facing status: For example “Charging”, “Cleaning”, “Restoring/Updating”, “Testing”, “Reviewing” where each specific item could be stepped/ tagged for internal records.
