Option to prevent price changes in order details to non-supervisory roles

Right now, we currently use the Price Sync, It would be nice to limit non-supervisory roles from changing a price of a device or require a override to increase price ($20+) - More of a “Revenue Assurance project”

(Not the “Not as Described workflow” simply the Offer Detail screen.
