Multi-Language Support for Widgets & Notifications

As a business that operates in multilingual markets, it’s really hard for us to offer a smooth experience with the current single-language setup.

For example, in Indonesia we need both Bahasa Indonesia and English. Right now, our widget might show up in English, but the confirmation emails or notifications still only go out in the default language. That creates a confusing experience for customers — they start in one language, but receive follow-up messages in another.

We don’t want to set up separate accounts just to handle multiple languages, and we also don’t want to cram two languages into every single notification or email. We just want customers to always receive communications in the same language they used on the widget.

Ideally, we’d love to:

  • Have the ability to create templates per language (for widgets, notifications, workflows, emails, receipts, and portal content).

  • Easily switch between languages when editing, so each language has its own customized version.

  • Let the system automatically send the right message depending on the customer’s chosen widget language.

This would make the platform much more usable in regions like Canada, Belgium, or Switzerland where bilingual or multilingual support is essential.
