I agree, when the “Can’t Find My Device” link is used, a manual offer is created, there isn’t a way to close/reject/cancel them without first adjusting the price to a $1.00+ (where it triggers a email for the customer to accept/decline) and $0.00 is not a valid offer.

This is currently causing users to think that we are ignoring their offers when no action is taken, and leaves them in the “pending” status in the customer portal.
