Right now, items only get transferred to RepairDesk when an offer is marked as “Complete.” That works for some workflows, but not all.
For example, in our shop we’d actually prefer items to move over to RepairDesk earlier—when the offer hits “Payout Processing.” That way our repair team can get started without waiting for the final completion step.
It would be really helpful if we could decide this ourselves at the location level. A simple dropdown in the RepairDesk integration settings (with options like “Complete” or “Payout Processing”) would give us flexibility to match how our shop actually runs.
By default it could stay on “Complete” so nothing changes for users who are fine with the current setup. But for those of us who need it earlier, this would save us from extra manual work.
Request: Please add a setting that lets each location choose whether items are transferred to RepairDesk at “Complete” or at “Payout Processing.”
