Language Logic

I’m a bit confused by the language configuration because there are multiple places to set it:

  • Customer Portal Settings → Language

  • Widget has Main Language and Additional Language Codes

Since the product already supports Localization / Multilingual, it’s unclear which setting actually “wins” and which one the app follows. This makes it easy to misconfigure and hard to predict what customers will see.

Request:
Please remove the Main Language + Additional Language Codes settings, and also remove the Language setting in Customer Portal Settings, so language behavior is driven by the existing Localization/Multilingual feature only (single source of truth).
