Item Notes Templates

Summary
Allow users to create and apply templates for Item Notes so teams can consistently capture specs, condition, and testing details for devices.

Problem
Currently, Item Notes are free-text only. This makes it difficult to ensure consistent information is captured across devices, especially when recording specs, testing results, or condition details. Each team member may enter notes differently, leading to inconsistency and missing data.

Proposed Solution
Introduce configurable Item Notes templates that can be reused across items. Templates could include predefined fields or structured text such as:

• Device specs (storage, color, model)

• Condition checklist

• Testing results (battery health, screen, buttons, etc.)

• Additional remarks

Users could select a template when viewing or editing an item, then fill in the relevant details.
