Instant Sell Order Status Tracking

Summary:

When an Instant Sell offer is accepted, the associated items move from Inventory to On-Invoice/Pending. The invoice that generates in the senders org correctly shows details such as Tracking Number and PO Number, but there’s currently no direct way to check the order status for that transaction.

Current Behavior:

  • After accepting an Instant Sell offer, Reusely moves items to an invoice.

  • The Instant Sell organization automatically emails the seller an Order Confirmation, which includes a link to their Customer Portal where they can check order status.

  • However, this customer portal link is not displayed on the invoice itself.

Proposed Enhancement:

Add a default link or button on the invoice (for Instant Sell orders) that redirects to the Instant Sell organization’s Customer Portal, where the user can view the current order status and details.
