When attempting to delete a location, the system currently displays a pop-up requiring the user to transfer data to another available location. However, the message does not clearly specify:

  • Which data will be transferred.

  • Which data will be permanently deleted.

This lack of clarity can cause confusion and hesitation for users.

Request:

Update the pop-up message to provide more explicit details depending on the scenario. Specifically, tailor the messaging for the following three cases:

  1. Deleting a Mail-In location and transferring data to an In-Store location

    • Clarify what data will transfer (e.g., customers, orders, history) and what will be lost.

  2. Deleting an In-Store location and transferring data to a Mail-In location

    • Clarify what data will transfer (e.g., customers, orders, history) and what will be lost.

  3. Deleting an In-Store location and transferring data to another In-Store location

    • Clarify what data will transfer (e.g., customers, orders, history) and what will be lost.

Goal:

Ensure users have complete transparency about data transfers and deletions so they can make informed decisions without guesswork.
