Identify specific error messages that appear when users’ shipping accounts do not have sufficient funds.

When users don’t have sufficient funds in their shipping account or wallet, the shipping label generation fails and currently returns a generic error that doesn’t clearly indicate the root cause. We need to replace these generic messages with more specific error details.

For example when label fails due to insufficient funds, in this case, an explicit “insufficient funds” error would have helped both us and the user quickly understand and resolve the issue.

Request: Surface the original error message returned by EasyPost, ShipEngine, or Shipmondo directly to the client so users can immediately see what action is needed to fix the problem.
