Hello, I would like to bring to your attention an issue we are experiencing with the Bulk Quote process. When a client refuses a bulk quote, there is currently no status change in the system and we do not receive any notification indicating that the offer has been declined. Additionally, the quote number no longer appears in the standard search field. At the moment, the only way to identify a refused offer is either by logging into the client portal or by manually filtering archived quotes. This creates unnecessary delays and makes it difficult for us to properly manage our requests and follow-ups. We need the workflow to update the status automatically to “Refused” when a client declines an offer. Archiving should occur only if we decide to archive the quote ourselves. Having this additional status step is essential for managing our operations efficiently.
