Give us a single “Reports” hub to track performance across our stores

As a multi-location repair/buyback business, we need a clear way to see how our stores are doing without exporting spreadsheets or guessing from raw data. Right now we can’t quickly answer basic questions like: Which locations are winning or lagging? Which staff members are closing the most buybacks? Which devices drive the most value? Are coupon codes and referral links actually converting? And how many buybacks are getting abandoned before completion?

A built-in Reports page would let us understand trends, double down on what’s working, and fix what’s not—without leaving Reusely.

What we’d like to see

  • Reports home in the navbar. One place called “Reports” where we can access all reporting modules.

  • Date filters & sorting. Filter by a specific date or range (e.g., “Last 7 days”, “This month”, custom range) and sort key columns A→Z or high→low.

  • Single or multi-location views. Toggle between “All locations” and individual stores.

  • Operational reports we rely on:

    • Offer Report: See offer volume and value by location and by offer type/status (e.g., Submitted, Complete, Not As Described), with a combined overview tab or type-specific tabs.

    • User Report: Staff performance—how many buybacks each person handled, completion rate, and total dollar value processed.

    • Customer Report: Customer activity and engagement—history of buybacks, repeat behavior, and notable events.

    • Coupon Code Report: Which codes are used, how often, current status, and total discount value driven.

    • Referral URL Report: Which links/sources bring in buybacks, with conversion metrics by URL.

  • Defaults that make sense. By default, show “all-time” for quick context, but let us narrow down fast.

  • (Nice-to-have) Export. Download as CSV if we want to share or do deeper analysis.

A simple example

Last month we ran a “BACK2SCHOOL10” code on Instagram and a separate “SAVE15” code in email. With a Reports hub, we could:

  1. Filter to Aug 1–Aug 31, select All locations.

  2. Open Coupon Code Report to compare total uses and discount value per code.

  3. Jump to Referral URL Report to see which channel drove those redemptions.

  4. Open User Report to spot top performers who closed those buys and Offer Report to see which devices dominated.
This would tell us where to invest ad spend and which staff/processes to replicate.
