Feature Request: Shipping Kit & Return Address Configuration by Buyback Type

I would like to submit a feature request regarding Shipping Settings configuration flexibility.

Currently, shipping integrations and return addresses apply globally across buyback types, and Advanced Shipping Rules can only be configured based on model, condition, or offer value — not by buyback type (Mail-In, Bulk Offer, Easy Offer).

For operational workflows with multiple processing centers, this creates limitations.

Requested Enhancement:

Ability to configure shipping settings independently by buyback type, including:

• Separate return addresses per buyback type (Mail-In, Bulk, Easy Offer)

• Separate shipping kit customization per buyback type

• Separate carrier assignment per buyback type

• Independent automatic label generation rules per buyback type

Use Case Example:

Mail-In → Processed at Warehouse A
Bulk Offer → Processed at Warehouse B
Easy Offer → Handled through a different logistics workflow

Currently, this routing cannot be achieved natively without workarounds based on offer price or model, which are not always reliable operational indicators.

Allowing shipping configuration by buyback type would:

• Enable true multi-warehouse routing

• Improve logistics efficiency

• Reduce manual handling

• Prevent misrouted shipments

• Support scaling programs with multiple operational hubs

This enhancement would significantly improve flexibility for businesses operating multiple processing centers.
