Feature Request: Manual Workflow for In-Store, Easy Offer, and Bulk Quote

Description:
Currently, custom/manual workflows are available only for select offer types (e.g., Mail-In). We would like the ability to create manual workflows for In-Store, Easy Offer, and Bulk Quote as well.

Use Case / Benefit:

• Allows more control over offer approval, pricing adjustments, and conditional processing for all offer types.

• Ensures consistency in workflow management across different offer channels.

• Reduces operational friction and increases flexibility for special handling cases.

Proposed Solution:

• Add an option in the workflow settings to enable manual/custom workflows for:

  1. In-Store offers

  2. Easy Offer

  3. Bulk Quote

• Ensure that the workflow editor supports similar conditions and steps as existing Mail-In manual workflows.

Priority / Impact:
High – This feature would standardize workflow handling across all offer types and allow better operational flexibility.
