Feature Request: “Cancelled” Status Option for Easy Offer

Description:
Currently, the Easy Offer workflow does not provide a “Cancelled” status for offers that are no longer valid or withdrawn. Adding this status would allow better tracking and management of offers that are intentionally cancelled by users or staff.

Use Case / Benefit:

• Provides clear visibility of offers that are no longer active.

• Helps prevent confusion or accidental processing of cancelled offers.

• Improves reporting and audit trails by differentiating between completed, pending, and cancelled offers.

Proposed Solution:

• Introduce a “Cancelled” status in the Easy Offer workflow.

• Allow users or staff to manually mark an offer as cancelled.

• Ensure cancelled offers are excluded from active offer lists and relevant analytics.
