Extend Shipping Kit Support for Bulk Quote and EasyOffer

Description:
Currently, the Shipping Kit functionality is only available for the Mail-In flow. This creates a limitation for users who are using Bulk Quote and EasyOffer, as they cannot access or utilize the same shipping kit experience.

Goal:
Expand the Shipping Kit feature so that it is also supported in both Bulk Quote and EasyOffer flows, not only Mail-In.

Expected Outcome:

• Shipping Kit can be generated and used in Bulk Quote

• Shipping Kit can be generated and used in EasyOffer

• Consistent experience across Mail-In, Bulk Quote, and EasyOffer flows

• Ensure shipping label and related components are correctly integrated per flow

Context:
At the moment, Shipping Kit is restricted to Mail-In only. Users working in Bulk Quote and EasyOffer workflows are expecting similar functionality, which is not yet available.
