Automatically track the status of outgoing emails and notify the team when communication fails.
Changelog Updates: If an email fails to send or bounces, a log entry must be added to the order's history detailing the failure reason.
Non-Deliverable Flag: If a bounce is detected, the order should be automatically flagged as "Non-Deliverable."
Visual Warning: On the Offer Detail screen, display a red warning icon or alert next to the customer’s email address to signify it is invalid/bounced.
Impact: Eliminates "silent failures" by ensuring the team knows exactly when a customer hasn't received an email. This allows for immediate correction of typos or alternative contact methods, preventing lost sales and improving customer service efficiency.
