Easier signup with a personalized onboarding flow

When I sign up for new tools these days, I expect it to be quick and easy—just give my email and I’m in. Once inside, the app usually guides me step by step to get started. Canva, Notion, and others do this really well.

Right now, the signup here feels heavier than it needs to be. I’d much prefer to jump straight in, and then have the app help me set things up based on what I’m using it for. For example, if I select Retail, my account could be set up as In Store automatically. If I choose Repairs or Mail-In, the onboarding would adjust to fit that.

Some platforms even give you a simple checklist inside the app so you can see your progress and feel like you’re moving forward quickly. That would be amazing here too.
