Date Added on Catalog

It would be super helpful to have an easy way to know when new items are added to the catalog. Right now, we have to manually compare exports to spot new entries, which is time-consuming.

Even something simple — like adding an “Added Date” field for each catalog item — would make a big difference. That way, we could just filter or sort by date to see what’s new since our last check.
