Customizable Contact Form Fields for Widget

I am requesting the ability to fully customize the contact form within the widget. Specifically, I would like to:

• Toggle Fields: Enable or disable standard fields (like phone number or subject) based on my needs.

• Create Custom Fields: Add my own unique input fields (such as dropdowns or text boxes) to collect specific information.

• Set Requirements: Choose which fields are mandatory for the user to fill out before submitting.
