We would like to capture when a customer clicks the “Download Shipping Label” button on the buyback transaction confirmation page and record this action as an internal note or event on the transaction.
This will allow internal teams to clearly see whether a customer has accessed their shipping label and improve visibility for support, operations, and reporting.
Currently, there is no reliable way to determine whether a customer has clicked or downloaded their shipping label after completing a buyback transaction (besides seeing a scanned shipment to carrier) and leaves this gap in knowing if customers actually interacted past submitting their order.
