Customer Portals - Chat Solutions

We are requesting the ability to inject custom HTML/Javascript snippets (specifically within the <head> or <body> tags) of the Reusely Customer Portal. This will allow vendors to embed third-party tools, such as chat widgets (Intercom, Zendesk, Drift, etc)


The Problem Currently, our customers enjoy a seamless chat experience on our main marketing site. However, when they click through to the Customer Portal to check their trade-in status, the chat widget disappears.

  • The friction: If a customer has a question about the specific grade or payout status shown on the portal, they cannot instantly chat with us. They have to navigate back to our main site or switch to email, creating a disjointed customer experience.

  • The limitation: Reusely clients likely use different tools. A direct integration for just one provider limits flexibility.

Proposed Solution Add a "Custom Code" section within the Reusely Admin Settings (specifically under the Customer Portal) that would allow snippets to be added from whatever provider that the user prefers.
