Cross Page Cart for Widget

BuyBack sites have many pages, and support multiple variations of the BuyBack Widget.

When a user starts off using the Widget built for Smartphones, but navigates to the Page for Tablets, any cart progress is lost unless the entire transaction is completed inside the same widget.

We should enable a cross-cart browser that could save a users cart/progress inside the widget.
