Conditional Questions

When using conditional questions, there is a way to “Mark Up/Mark Down” a device or do nothing. Can we please add a “Change Condition to “XYZ” option. This would allow us to manually confirm the criteria selected.

For example a customer selected “Average” condition and by asking a conditional questions like “Is your devices battery health over 80%”

No - Move to Poor Status

(I’m noticing a pattern that visual questions are working better than list-criteria that is easily ignored)
