Collecting Reason on Rejected Offer in Report

Hey, since we’re now able to send surveys to customers to capture the reasons they decline an updated or new offer in the Customer Portal, I wanted to check on reporting.

I know these notes are reflected in the Offer Detail view, but would it be possible to also surface them in reporting? That way, we can review a monthly performance overview and more easily identify areas for improvement.
