Change Payout Method via Customer Portal

When customers submit a buyback offer, let’s add the functionality for them to change their payout method/information in realtime from the customer portal.

  • The customer portal requires users to obtain a verification/token link to verify the customer, this would prevent unauthorized changes as it verifies their email address.

  • Reduces the inquiry to support asking to change payout method.

  • Reduces duplicate offers from being submitted.

Make this feature available on the Customer Portal from Active Leads (starting point) → In-Transit → Delivered (Not available once an order steps into inspection).

* Customers may have submitted their offer with a typo or changed their mind on how they want to be paid out.
