When customers submit a buyback offer, let’s add the functionality for them to change their payout method/information in realtime from the customer portal.
The customer portal requires users to obtain a verification/token link to verify the customer, this would prevent unauthorized changes as it verifies their email address.
Reduces the inquiry to support asking to change payout method.
Reduces duplicate offers from being submitted.
Make this feature available on the Customer Portal from Active Leads (starting point) → In-Transit → Delivered (Not available once an order steps into inspection).
* Customers may have submitted their offer with a typo or changed their mind on how they want to be paid out.
