I noticed the Conditional Questions feature is available in beta via the API in a while now, love where this is headed! It would be super helpful if we could use conditional logic directly in the public widget and inside the “Create Buyback” flow in the app.
Right now, we have to show every question to every customer, which makes the form long and a bit confusing. With conditional questions in the UI, we could keep forms short and only ask what’s relevant based on earlier answers.
Quick example:
If a customer selects “Fair” then show follow-ups like:
“What accessories are included with this item?”
“Does it come with original box?”
If they select “Yes” then add additional +$15.
Why this matters:
Shorter, clearer forms = higher completion rate.
Fewer irrelevant questions = fewer support pings.
Cleaner data = more accurate quotes.
What I’m hoping for:
Add conditional logic builder to the widget
Support the same conditional logic in the Create Buyback UI so our internal team can build flows without touching the API.
In short: please bring the beta Conditional Questions feature into the widget and the app’s Create Buyback flow so we can build dynamic, user-friendly forms without relying on the API.
