<p>When working with the Reusely Admin API - There are a few missing strings.</p><p></p><h1>Update an Offer</h1><p></p><ul><li><p>There is the ability to change Order Status, however there a missing connection to complete the “Not As Described” workflow. (Cannot select new device, condition, or make price changes or upload images).</p></li><li><p>Missing the ability to update a items IMEI/SN (critical in a checkin workflow)</p></li><li><p>Missing the ability to amend or add notes (its available in Update an Offer Status, but not the Offer Detail itself)</p></li></ul><p></p><h1>Customer Profile</h1><p></p><ul><li><p>Missing ability to find a customer/businesses profile (could be substituted for the Retrieve a List of Offers point, but doesnt contain enough information)</p></li></ul><p></p><h1>Retrieve a List of Offer Statuses</h1><p></p><ul><li><p><strong>Query Params - Currently (</strong>Allowed:<code>mail-in in-store easy-offer)</code></p><ul><li><p>Addition “All” - Can be substituted but causes additional API calls to parse)</p></li></ul></li></ul><h1>Retrieve a Single Offer</h1><p></p><ul><li><p><strong>IP Address - Currently does not capture result</strong></p></li></ul><p></p>
