When working with the Reusely Admin API - There are a few missing strings.

Update an Offer

• There is the ability to change Order Status, however there a missing connection to complete the “Not As Described” workflow. (Cannot select new device, condition, or make price changes or upload images).

• Missing the ability to update a items IMEI/SN (critical in a checkin workflow)

• Missing the ability to amend or add notes (its available in Update an Offer Status, but not the Offer Detail itself)

Customer Profile

• Missing ability to find a customer/businesses profile (could be substituted for the Retrieve a List of Offers point, but doesnt contain enough information)

Retrieve a List of Offer Statuses

• Query Params - Currently (Allowed:mail-in in-store easy-offer)

  • Addition “All” - Can be substituted but causes additional API calls to parse)

Retrieve a Single Offer

• IP Address - Currently does not capture result
