I love that reporting is starting to come together on the platform, but what I really need next are Trend Insight reports. Right now, I don’t have a way to see how customers are actually engaging with widgets or browsing the catalog, and that’s critical for understanding behavior.
For example:
With the Widget Report, I’d like to see where customers are dropping off in the funnel. Are they clicking on certain products but then stopping halfway through? That kind of visibility would help me improve the widget experience and increase conversions.
With the Catalog Report, I want to know which categories or items are getting the most clicks or trades. For instance, if phones are consistently the top-traded item in “Good” condition, I’d want to highlight that more in marketing or optimize pricing.
Without these reports, I feel like I’m guessing at what’s working and what’s not. Having Trend Insights would give me the data to back up decisions and improve both customer engagement and revenue.
Request: Please add Trend Insight reports (Widget Report + Catalog Report) so I can track user behavior, funnel drop-offs, and top-traded catalog items by category or condition.
