Add Toggle to Enable or Disable Hazmat Labels

Create a toggle setting that allows users to enable or disable Hazmat labeling for shipments containing electronics. Currently, Hazmat labels are automatically applied, which can result in longer shipping times depending on the carrier.

Objective
Provide users with greater flexibility by allowing them to choose whether Hazmat labels should be applied to their shipments.

Proposed Solution
Add a configurable toggle (On/Off) in the shipping or label settings that allows users to control Hazmat labeling behavior.

Expected Behavior

• ON: Hazmat labels are applied to shipments containing electronics.

• OFF: Standard shipping labels are generated instead of Hazmat labels.
