Right now, our team only gets notified when a new offer comes in. But once a customer actually accepts or rejects an offer, there’s no automatic notification. That means we have to manually message our staff about the outcome, which slows things down and can easily cause mistakes.
For example, if someone accepts an offer, we want our payout team to know immediately so they can start processing the payment. And if someone rejects, our staff should know right away too so they can handle the return or follow up as needed.
It would be a huge help if the platform could send customizable staff notifications for both Accepted Offers and Rejected Offers—just like it does for New Offers. Ideally, we’d be able to turn them on/off, edit who they go to, and adjust the subject/body of the email to fit our workflow.

Can you add staff notifications for accepted and rejected offers so we don’t have to handle this communication outside the platform?
